Facility Rental Information

Spaces available for rent include:

  • Commercial Kitchen

  • Fellowship Hall/Dining Area that seats up to 30 around 6 round tables.

  • Narthex/Lobby Area with 4 bistro tables that seat 4, room for 56 seats around 8 rectangle tables.

  • Sanctuary/Meeting Place that seats 160. In this space there is a grand piano, speaker system, AV system with 2 large monitors.

One time Rental Fees are $50 per hour for each area rented. If using the kitchen and Fellowship Hall together, the fee is $75 per hour. There is an additional cost of $50 for custodial services. Payment is due one week prior to your event.

Kitchen Rental for entrepreneurs

Hours Kitchen is Available for Rent: 8:00am-6:00pm most days of the week, except during Sunday morning worship, and Tuesday and Saturday food pantry hours.

Rental Rates: $20/hour for 2-5 hours a week; $15/hour for 6 or more hours a week, (or 24 hours or more per month)

  • Dry storage: $10/month per shelf

  • Cool storage: $15/month per shelf

  • Freezer Storage: $20/month per section

Rental Requirements:

  • Food entrepreneurs shall carry ServSafe Food certification or equivalent, an appropriate Linn County Food Service License, and Commercial General Liability Insurance.

  • Renters shall schedule usage in one-hour increments. Your rental period shall include the time necessary for loading and unloading, food preparation, and cleaning.

  • New renters shall schedule a tour of the kitchen at least seven days in advance of their reservation; and arrange entry and lock up procedures with the Facility Host.

  • Vulcan 6 Burner Commercial Range/Oven

  • Hobart Commercial Dishwasher

  • 2 LG Refrigerator-Freezer Combos

  • Bunn Coffee System

  • Microwave

  • Mixer

  • Various small appliances

  • Pots and Pans

  • Knives, Utensils

Kitchen Policies:

  • No deep fat frying

  • No consumption of alcoholic beverages in the building or on church property

  • No smoking in the building or on church property.

  • Renters are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, counters and floors ready for the next use, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
